1. Terms and Conditions
TubeToSave is pleased to have users joining its platform.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TubeToSave.com, which comprises our website, video downloading tools, audio conversion tools, MP3 and MP4 tools, thumbnail tools, subtitle and transcript tools, playlist tools, Shorts tools, URL-processing features, and all other related services (the "Service").
You agree to these Terms whenever you access or use TubeToSave, having first read, understood, and accepted them. If you disagree with these Terms, you must cease using the Service.
2. About TubeToSave
TubeToSave provides tools that can be used through a web browser to work with publicly accessible YouTube URLs and the associated media or information.
Depending on the tool and source selected, the Service may allow users to identify or process video, audio, MP3, MP4, thumbnail, subtitle, transcript, playlist, Shorts, or other assets linked to the URL they provide.
TubeToSave is a technical service intended for utility purposes. It does not grant users ownership of third-party content or permission to use copyrighted material.
The fact that content is available on the internet does not mean it is free of copyright or may be downloaded, copied, altered, redistributed, or reused. Users must determine whether they have the necessary rights or another legitimate basis to process, download, save, or use content.
3. Eligibility
By using TubeToSave, you represent that:
- you have the legal capacity to accept these Terms;
- you meet the minimum age requirements applicable in your jurisdiction;
- your use of the Service is lawful where you are located; and
- you will follow all applicable laws and these Terms.
If you agree to these Terms for a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to do so.
4. Permitted Use
TubeToSave must be used only for lawful and valid purposes. Material should be downloaded, converted, or processed only where you have a clear legal right, such as ownership, permission, or a legal exemption.
This may include content:
- created or owned by you;
- for which the copyright owner has given you permission;
- made available under a license that permits your intended use;
- in the public domain;
- that the relevant platform expressly permits you to download;
- made available to you by a rights holder for that purpose; or
- that you are otherwise legally entitled to save or use.
Before using the Service, make sure you have the necessary rights. TubeToSave does not determine whether a use qualifies as fair use, fair dealing, private copying, educational use, or another copyright exemption. Copyright rules vary by jurisdiction. If you are uncertain whether permission is required, obtain authorization from the relevant rights holder.
5. Copyright and Intellectual Property Compliance
TubeToSave respects copyright and all other intellectual property rights. You must not knowingly use the Service to download, reproduce, convert, distribute, transmit, publish, sell, license, commercially exploit, or otherwise use copyrighted material without the necessary authorization or legal basis.
TubeToSave must not be used for:
- copyright piracy;
- systematic unauthorized downloading;
- unauthorized redistribution of copyrighted works;
- commercial exploitation of another person's content without permission; or
- any activity that infringes intellectual property rights.
You are entirely responsible for the URLs you provide and for determining whether it is lawful to download or use the material. The fact that TubeToSave can process a URL does not mean you have the right to download or use its content.
6. YouTube and Third-Party Platform Rules
TubeToSave is an independent website. It is not owned by YouTube or Google LLC and is not operated by, sponsored by, endorsed by, associated with, or officially linked to them.
YouTube, Google, and all other names, trademarks, logos, and service marks belong to their respective owners. Third-party trademarks associated with content processed through the Service remain the property of their owners.
Your use of content from YouTube or another third-party service is also governed by that platform's terms, policies, licenses, and restrictions. You must review and follow those rules. Do not use TubeToSave for activity a third-party service prohibits unless you have an independent, legitimate legal right to carry it out.
TubeToSave does not represent or warrant that use of the Service will comply with every third-party platform's terms in every case.
7. No Circumvention of Access Controls
TubeToSave must not be used to circumvent technological protection measures or access restricted content. You may not use the Service to circumvent or attempt to circumvent:
- authentication systems, passwords, or payment requirements;
- subscription restrictions or digital rights management systems;
- encryption, security mechanisms, or access controls;
- geographical restrictions where circumvention is prohibited;
- copying restrictions; or
- other technological protection measures.
Do not use TubeToSave to obtain private, restricted, paid, subscription-based, members-only, or otherwise protected material without legal authorization. The existence of a tool for a particular URL or access status does not imply that protected content will be available or that circumventing restrictions is lawful.
8. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- the URLs you submit;
- verifying your authority to access submitted content;
- determining whether downloading or processing content is lawful;
- choosing the files or assets you download and how they are used;
- obtaining permission from copyright owners where required;
- complying with copyright laws and third-party platform terms;
- complying with privacy and publicity rights; and
- the consequences of your use of the Service.
TubeToSave does not manually check every URL. A publicly accessible URL is not proof that its content may be lawfully downloaded or redistributed.
9. Prohibited Uses
You may not use TubeToSave:
- for copyright infringement, piracy, or unauthorized downloading or distribution;
- to access content you are not authorized to access;
- to circumvent protection measures, authentication, or payment systems;
- to violate copyright, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights;
- to commit fraud or distribute malware or malicious code;
- to attack, overload, or interfere with TubeToSave infrastructure;
- to bypass technical restrictions or rate limits;
- to probe or exploit security vulnerabilities;
- to impersonate another person or organization;
- to perform unauthorized scraping or automated extraction;
- to reverse engineer the Service except where law expressly permits it;
- to resell the Service without authorization; or
- to assist another person in unlawful activity.
TubeToSave may restrict or block requests, URLs, sources, users, technical identifiers, or network addresses where reasonably necessary to prevent abuse or protect the Service.
10. Video, Audio, and Media Processing
TubeToSave can process publicly accessible URLs to identify available media options. Depending on the source and Service functionality, these may include:
- video files and audio streams;
- MP3 and MP4 options;
- video resolutions and audio qualities;
- Shorts and playlist information;
- thumbnails;
- captions, subtitles, and transcripts; or
- other available media-related information.
Different sources provide different assets, formats, qualities, and features. TubeToSave cannot guarantee that any particular format, resolution, bitrate, subtitle, transcript, thumbnail, or other asset will be available.
11. Content Processing and Storage
TubeToSave does not claim ownership of third-party media processed through the Service. Where technically necessary, submitted URLs and related files or information may be temporarily handled by automated systems, servers, caching infrastructure, hosting providers, content-delivery systems, APIs, or other technical providers.
This temporary processing does not transfer ownership of the underlying content. For operational, security, privacy, or infrastructure reasons, TubeToSave may automatically delete temporary files, cached data, conversion results, submitted URLs, or processing records.
TubeToSave must not be treated as permanent storage for third-party media unless expressly stated for a particular feature.
12. Third-Party Content
Content handled by TubeToSave may come from third-party platforms. The Service's ability to process a URL does not mean TubeToSave owns its content. Creators, publishers, platforms, licensors, and rights holders retain their rights.
TubeToSave does not warrant that third-party content is lawful, accurate, licensed, authorized for downloading, safe, available, suitable for reuse, or free from intellectual property restrictions. You must determine whether your use is authorized.
13. TubeToSave Intellectual Property
Intellectual property laws protect the TubeToSave website and its original materials. Subject to third-party rights, TubeToSave may own or license:
- website software and source code;
- original text, interfaces, and design;
- graphics, databases, and visual elements;
- branding and logos; and
- proprietary functionality.
Using TubeToSave does not transfer our intellectual property to you. Unless permitted by law or authorized in writing, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, modify, sell, license, distribute, or create derivative works from TubeToSave's proprietary materials.
14. Copyright Complaints
If you believe a URL, feature, result, or activity accessible through TubeToSave infringes copyright or improperly facilitates access to content you own or represent, contact info@tubetosave.com.
Your notice should include, where applicable:
- identification of the copyrighted work;
- the specific TubeToSave page or tool and source URL involved;
- enough information to locate the material or request;
- your full name and contact information;
- confirmation that you own the copyright or may represent the owner;
- why you believe the activity is unauthorized;
- a statement that the information is accurate; and
- the required electronic or physical signature.
We may request more information. After receiving a sufficiently supported complaint, TubeToSave may restrict, block, disable, remove, or stop processing URLs, media, sources, domains, features, or requests. We may also act on court orders, legal or governmental requests, credible rights-holder or platform requests, abuse reports, or other legitimate legal concerns.
Disputing a Removal
Where required by law or otherwise appropriate, affected parties may be allowed to challenge a complaint that is incorrect or concerns wrongly identified material. Knowingly filing a false or misleading complaint may have legal consequences.
Contact Us
Rights holders and authorized representatives may email info@tubetosave.com. Include enough detail to identify the TubeToSave page, source URL, content, or feature in question.
15. Repeat or Serious Infringement
TubeToSave does not permit repeated or systematic copyright infringement. Where feasible and relevant individuals can be identified, TubeToSave may restrict or terminate access for users who repeatedly infringe copyright or other intellectual property rights.
We may take immediate action involving serious copyright abuse, systematic infringement, fraud, security threats, unlawful activity, court orders, or significant legal risk.
16. Blocking Content and Sources
TubeToSave may block or restrict individual video URLs, playlists, channels, media identifiers, content categories, domains, platforms, particular features, or other sources for legal, copyright, contractual, security, technical, abuse-prevention, or operational reasons.
TubeToSave is not obliged to provide processing functionality for every publicly accessible URL.
17. Cooperation With Legal Requirements
TubeToSave may preserve, disclose, restrict, disable, or remove information where reasonably necessary to:
- comply with applicable law, court orders, or lawful governmental requests;
- respond to copyright complaints;
- investigate violations, fraud, or abuse;
- protect the Service, users, third parties, or intellectual property rights; or
- establish, exercise, or preserve legal claims.
When handling personal information, we will follow our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
18. Third-Party Services and Infrastructure
TubeToSave may use hosting providers, content-delivery networks, APIs, conversion infrastructure, security services, analytics providers, and other technology providers.
TubeToSave is not responsible for outages, technical changes, restrictions, failures, or policy changes caused by third-party services. Third-party platforms may change their websites, APIs, technologies, restrictions, or policies at any time, so a feature available now may later become unavailable.
19. Service Availability and Functionality
TubeToSave cannot guarantee that the Service will always be available. We may add, change, limit, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any feature.
No Guarantee of Functionality
We do not guarantee that every YouTube URL or video will work; every resolution or audio quality will be available; every video will provide MP3 or MP4 options; every playlist or Short will be supported; every video will contain subtitles or transcripts; every thumbnail resolution will be available; or the Service will remain available without interruption.
Factors Outside Our Control
Availability may be affected by the source, third-party services, technical infrastructure, geographical restrictions, rights restrictions, or other factors outside our control.
20. No Guarantee of Downloaded Material
A download option does not mean TubeToSave believes you are entitled to download the material. TubeToSave grants no licenses for third-party content. You must determine whether you have the necessary rights or authorization.
21. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TUBETOSAVE AND THE SERVICE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."
TubeToSave makes no express or implied warranties regarding availability, accuracy, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, compatibility, security, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, or the suitability of downloaded files.
We cannot guarantee that the Service will be free from errors, interruptions, defects, data loss, or harmful components originating from third-party content. You use TubeToSave at your own risk and judgment. These Terms do not exclude warranties or protections that law prohibits from being excluded.
22. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TUBETOSAVE AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
This includes loss of data, files, revenue, profits, business, opportunities, or goodwill. TubeToSave assumes no responsibility for claims resulting from unauthorized downloading, conversion, copying, publication, redistribution, commercial exploitation, or other use of third-party material.
To the extent permitted by law, TubeToSave's total aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of USD $100 or the amount you paid TubeToSave for the particular Service giving rise to the claim during the preceding twelve months.
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be restricted or excluded.
23. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless TubeToSave and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, expenses, and reasonable legal costs arising from:
- your use or misuse of TubeToSave or violation of these Terms;
- URLs submitted or files downloaded by you;
- your unauthorized use of copyrighted material;
- infringement of third-party rights or violation of law; or
- distribution or use of material obtained through the Service.
24. Suspension and Termination
TubeToSave may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if we reasonably believe a user violated these Terms; infringed third-party rights; repeatedly infringed copyright; behaved abusively; attempted to compromise security; created excessive infrastructure demands; acted unlawfully; or created substantial legal or operational risk.
Access may be restricted without prior notice where reasonably necessary.
25. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy also applies to your use of TubeToSave and explains how related information may be collected, processed, stored, or otherwise handled. These Terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy.
26. No Legal Advice
Information TubeToSave provides about copyright, downloading, fair use, licensing, platform policies, or other legal matters is for general information only and is not legal advice.
Copyright and downloading laws differ by country and situation. TubeToSave cannot determine whether your use is legal. If unsure, obtain the copyright owner's permission or advice from a qualified legal professional.
27. Changes to the Service and These Terms
Changes to the Service
TubeToSave may modify, update, restrict, replace, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time. To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for losses caused by changing or discontinuing a feature.
Changes to These Terms
We may amend these Terms to reflect changes to TubeToSave, applicable law, copyright or security requirements, third-party platforms, technical developments, or operations.
The latest version will display an updated effective date on this page. Continued use after revised Terms take effect means you accept them to the extent permitted by law.
28. General Provisions
Severability
If any provision is invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, it will be limited or interpreted as narrowly as necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain effective.
No Waiver
TubeToSave's failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it later.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, our Privacy Policy, the copyright provisions above, and any policies expressly incorporated into them form the agreement governing your use of TubeToSave.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the legal entity operating TubeToSave, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws or other legal requirements provide otherwise. Nothing in these Terms waives a legal right that cannot lawfully be waived.
